Winter Cross Country Season is fast approaching and we would like to form our subcommittee for the season! The subcommittee is instrumental in ensuring that our Winter Series is properly organised and carried out effectively.
The meeting will be taking place at 8pm on Thursday 25 January at Tradies, Gymea.
The meeting will involve assigning subcommittee positions and discussion on important items required to be completed both before and during the season.
We are looking for people who can carry out the following roles;
– registrar/handicapper (responsible for managing club registrations and implementing the point scores that will be used for our winter series)
– Course coordinator (responsible for ensuring courses are ready and that marshalls are implemented)
– Event manager (responsible for ensuring that events are effectively managed each week)
– general support to assist with roles above
If any of these above roles interest you, please attend the meeting.

On a side note, we expect that the season will commence at the beginning of April. Further details will be released closer to this date.
