ATTENTION any runners heading to the Ridge this afternoon!!
We are looking for 1 more athlete to compete in our Race Walking relay team at the NSW Relays in a few weeks.
If you are interested in being the 4th team member, our main Race Walking official, Kirsten Crocker will be present as an official on the track at the Ridge this afternoon to show you the ropes on correct race walking technique if it’s your first time!
NOTE: This is our only race walking team and we would really like to see a team out there at the Relay Championships!!
