Special Meeting, AGM and Presentation
NOTICE TO ALL MEMBERS OF SUTHERLAND DISTRICT ATHLETICS CLUB
On Sunday, 28 May at 7pm a Special General Meeting of the Club will be held in the Elouera room at Tradies Club Gymea to consider two important motions affecting the future of the Club.
The two motions for consideration at the meeting are included with this notice.
In relation to Motion 1 (creating on new Constitution) a copy of the proposed document is up on our website.
Motion 2 is rather significant. We are voting on changing our Club’s name.
The discussion and arguments for and against for the new name will occur at this General Meeting. What is proposed and open for voting will be the changing of the name from Sutherland District Athletics Club to
Cronulla-Sutherland Athletic Club.
All 2022-2023 financial members, plus all the Life Members who eligible to attend General Meetings, of Sutherland District Athletics Club, are invited to attend this important meeting to participate in discussion and voting on the proposed changes.
Please note that at the conclusion of this meeting the Club’s Annual General Meeting and Award’s Night is scheduled to commence at 8pm.
