The season will be kicking off at Solander Fields this Saturday 25th March! The course follows a flat pedestrian footpath along the mangrove lined Woolooware Bay to Taren Point before returning.

Time: 1:50pm – 1km, 2:00pm – 2km, 2:15pm – 3km, 2:30pm – 5km

For the 1st and 2nd weeks, the distances contested will be 1km, 2km, 3km and 5km with 10km to commence at our 3rd run at Darkes Forest.

The Junior Club Championship (JCC) and Senior Club Championship (SCC) and Handicap pointscore will be commence on 15th April at Bottle Forest.
Club Championships are conducted in the U11 (2km), U14 (3km), U17, U20 (5km), Senior (10km) for males and females. Runners who would like to compete for the championship must compete in the nominated event above for their age group to be eligible for scoring points in the championship.
Handicap pointscore is conducted in 2km, 3km, 5km and 10km distance groups and is scored based on the best performance by a runner relative to their handicap each week.
