Congratulations to the Sutherland athletes who represented our club at the Treloar Shield last Saturday!
There were some great individual and relay performances which included;
Kaiah Wong U14F – 1st Shot Put and Discus
Charlie Hallam U14F – 1st High Jump
Taurus Traino U14M – 2nd Long Jump
Sophie Howson U14F – 2nd Long Jump
Cameron Badger U14M – 2nd 100m and 400m
Daniel Hornery U18M – 2nd 100m
Matilda Kane U14F – 1st 400m
Gabriel Lombardi U14M – 2nd 400m
Lachlan Wheeler U14M – 1st 1500m and 3rd 400m
Mathilda Delfs U18F – 2nd 400m
Zwi Ratjaczak U14M – 3rd 1500m
Mixed U14 – 1st 4x200m relay
Mixed U18 – 3rd 4x200m relay
U14M – 1st 2x100m relay
U18F – 2nd 2x100m relay
Unfortunately, we were not able to podium for either team with U14s finishing 4th and U18s finishing 5th, but overall we have done very well to make it to the final in 2 events against many competitive clubs throughout the state!
