This week’s cross country will be at Bottle Forest in reverse on Saturday 8 May.
Runners will follow the course loop in the opposite direction to usual.
This week’s event has replaced the scheduled event at Steak and Ale, East Heathcote which will instead be held on 29th May. This is due to creek flooding on the course from rain this week.
This week’s course is reached by turning off the Princes Highway at Wilson Parade, Heathcote then taking the 2nd left onto Bottle Forest. The race start is at the end of this street.
The course is on fire trails and contains fairly easy hills throughout. The course is out and back for the 1 and 2km races and looped for the 3km, 6km (5km group) and 9km (10km group) races.

2km – 2:00pm
3km – 2:15pm
6km – 2:30pm
9km – 2:30pm
