By registering online you are declaring your (or parent/guardian’s if under the age of 18) agreement to the waiver below:

In consideration of and as a condition of acceptance of this race entry application, I hereby waive all and any claims, rights or course of action which I might otherwise have for, or arising out of, loss of my/my child’s life, or for injury sustained by me/my child, or damage or loss of any description which I/my child may suffer or sustain in the course of, or in consequence upon, my/my child’s participation in the Sutho Half Marathon Gala Day organised by the Sutherland District Athletics Club.
This waiver, release and discharge shall be and operate in favour of all persons and bodies involved or otherwise engaged in conduct of the aforesaid events.
